About Hampshire And Isle Of Wight ACF
No two journeys are the same in the Army Cadets. Whether you’re joining to challenge yourself, build confidence, or just try something new – everyone walks away with something unique. For some, it’s uncovering hidden potential. For others, it’s earning recognised qualifications, developing leadership skills, or simply making unforgettable memories. One thing’s for certain – cadets and adult volunteers alike gain experiences, skills, and friendships that last a lifetime. And it all happens through one incredible adventure.
Hampshire and Isle of Wight Army Cadets is home to 47 detachments spread across the County – from bustling towns to rural communities, including the Isle of Wight. We’re organised into six Companies, plus our County Band and Corps of Drums, offering something for everyone – whether you’re into music, fieldcraft, first aid, or leadership.
We also run exciting training and events from our dedicated Cadet Training Centre in Liss, Hampshire – the beating heart of our activities and weekend camps.
